Superb villa with Mount Fuji view
Had the whole 3 storeys villa by ourselves - with pretty Mount Fuji view at the rooftop The hotel staffs prepared hot water bath before we check in so that we could enjoy the bath. Very clean villa, spacious, comfortable and have everything we wanted. Highly recommended!
Location is not near the station, but no issue if you are driving.

Modern villa with great Fuji-san views
Spacious and comfortable accommodation for a group of friends or family with children. Fantastic staff, great communication, and prompt responses and help leading up to our stay. Lovely small range of local gifts and beverages in reception area. Shuttle in the morning handy on the days we didn't have a car. Highly recommend adding on breakfast for convenience. And a cook your own BBQ dinner one night for the experience. Such good views of Fuji-san from our roof top.
Additional pillows and pillow types would have been great. Hike from station with luggage is challenging along the road without a path. Great to have a car while in this area as restaurants, station, bus stop, kombini all a bit too far for little legs to walk. No in villa or onsite laundry room so this is also a drive away.

What was the highlight of Fuji Gran Villa - TOKI -
Clean and spacious villa with a great view of Mt. Fuji and a warm and welcoming staff.
The villa was very clean/neat as well as very spacious, much bigger than what the photos showed. Plenty of room for a family with a kitchen on both floors making it convenient to cook and make coffee/tea if you don't want to go down to the main kitchen/dining (1st floor). The views were spectacular and the rooftop patio was very nice and spacious, very easy to spend the day there. Staff spoke English and were very helpful in answering any questions and explaining the amenities and such. The check in office has water, coffee, beer/wine, snacks, and meals available for purchase. The first night I ordered the Sukiyaki set and it was more than enough food for 1 adult male, cost was more than a standard restaurant in Japan but the convenience was nice. The villa is about a 12 minute walk from the Express Bus station by Fuji-Q Highlands amusement park (near a hotel) and is also about a 15-20 minute walk from a large supermarket, making it easy to pick up ingredients for meals. If you're looking for a place to stay and relax with an amazing view of Mt. Fuji I would highly recommend this place.
